R&D Web Team Leader .NET/PHP

 

Job description:

The Web TL's role includes Web developers team leading, researching, designing, coding, documenting and modifying software specifications throughout the production life cycle. The developing is of range of products for both Client and Server sides and is based on internet trends and innovations.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of WEB team management experience (C#, ASP .NET, PHP)
  • 5 years of WEB applications development experience
  • Strong software engineering and architectural knowledge and understanding
  • Strong software designing skills and Design Patterns knowledge
  • Experience with AJAX development
  • Extensive experience with SQL Server and MySQL
  • Experience with using COM objects
  • Experience with Flash Action Script is an important advantage
  • Graphic design capabilities is an important advantage
  • Ability to work well under time constraints
  • Strong self learning capabilities
  • Creative thinker and ability to think out-of-the-box.
  • Strong interpersonal communicational skills
  • High written and verbal English communication skills

 

Education:
Bachelor degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Science or in closely related field.

  • 2 years of experience with server side scripts ASP and ASP.NET
  • Experience with AJAX development
  • Understanding and practical experience in the use of IIS 5.0 or higher
  • 2 years experience with SQL Server and MySQL
  • Experience with using COM objects
  • Experience with Client/Server programming
  • Experience with Flash Action Script is an important advantage
  • Graphic design capabilities is an important advantage
  • Ability to work well under time constraints
  • Strong self learning capabilities
  • High written and verbal English communication skills

 

Education:
Bachelor degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Science or in closely related field is preferred, although an equivalent combination of formal education and experience may substitute for a degree.
